We hire when the work needs it, not ahead of it. Scaling a service like this on headcount before the processes are efficient is how test labs become slow, so we grow through technology and automation first and add people where judgement is genuinely required.

Jack of all trades, master of solving problems, with an engineer's mindset and an entrepreneur's vision. Aviation taught him precision, Lean taught him efficiency, and iGaming gave him a whole new set of challenges to solve. Allergic to "that's how we've always done it", and never settles for good enough.
