Work with us

At RiskCherry, we do not do bureaucracy or box-ticking. We value sharp minds, bold ideas and people who thrive on solving real problems, fast. If you are driven by curiosity, critical thinking and a desire to deliver real results for clients, you will fit right in.

We offer more than a job. You get hands-on responsibility from day one, the freedom to challenge legacy thinking, and the support to grow, personally and professionally. Join our teams in Malta and Bulgaria and help set new standards for trust, efficiency and innovation in iGaming certification.

We work best in the office, together. Our best ideas and fastest answers come from sitting side by side, talking a problem through and challenging each other in person, so our roles are office-based with limited working from home.

Compliance Analyst Sofia, Bulgaria · Full-time, mid to senior level Take ownership of complex product and technical compliance work across multiple iGaming markets, from the first analysis of a new market to the final certification report.

About the role

If you are tired of compliance being treated as the function that says no, you will find a different mindset here. At RiskCherry, compliance is where solutions begin, and where new products and markets become possible.

You will research and interpret regulatory requirements, turn them into practical testing and certification frameworks, and support projects from the initial market analysis through to the final certification report. It is a hands-on role with real influence over new market entry, product certification and the development of AI-driven compliance tools.

  • Determine the scope, applicability and practical implementation of regulatory requirements within our testing frameworks
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our services, frameworks and internal policies
  • Carry out compliance assessments after new product frameworks are implemented
  • Keep regulatory information accurate and up to date across internal systems

  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate well-reasoned conclusions
  • The ability to interpret complex regulatory, technical and procedural documents
  • Relevant education in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail, without losing sight of the wider regulatory purpose
  • Excellent written and spoken English, at C1 to C2 level

Good to have

  • Product and technical compliance experience with major operators or suppliers across Europe, Latin America and North America
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Review the risk register, internal controls and process effectiveness, and turn recurring findings into better ways of working
  • Prepare Notifications of Change and requests for extension of accreditation scope
  • Coordinate and take part in audits by external accreditation and certification bodies, and support the follow-up
